Successful teamwork between parents and educators is important to us because it reflects in the child's development. That's why we have a culture of teamwork at Aloma Methodist Early Childhood Learning Center. There is constant interaction between parents and educators. There are many opportunities for parents to become involved.
Thursdays are Pizza Day. Parents who volunteer to help, pick up pizza, help serve pizza and are invited to eat pizza FREE with their child. Sign up in the hallway outside the office if you would like to help.
We have a fabulous library that we use constantly. There is always an opportunity to help shelve, catalog and gather books. If you would like to volunteer for this task, we would love to have you. You can volunteer anytime but if you're here on Thursday you can come, help out and then have FREE pizza with your child. Sign up in the hallway.
There are always opportunities to help in the classroom. Check with your child's teachers for ways you can be of help to the teacher and children.
Our Steering Committee consists of parents, staff and members from our church who help the Director set policy, make decisions affecting the Preschool, help with budgeting issues and help with events that the schooL hosts. If you would like to serve on our Steering Committee. Please see Mrs. T for times and locations of the meetings.
We're always grateful for support above and beyond the call of duty. Contact us to find out what you can do!
